Cor & Asociados Style ( art now )

Spanish architects Cor & Asociados have completed a pearlescent music hall in a village near Alicante.
Shimmering porcelain tiles clad the multi-purpose auditorium, which adjoins converted civil guards quarters to comprise the new two-storey music centre. Staircases encased within glass boxes link the existing U-shaped building to the extension.
Layered screens create overlapping fins on the interior walls of the auditorium, which are backlit in stripes.

Seattle-based Houston, (wehaveaproblem.com) is the brainchild/project/gallery of Matt Clark. The part artist, part designer has a strong love for pop culture. His work and installations are always original and highly creative. I love the dripping paint arrows series and his all white American flag. The wait is over, beauty fanatics. Tom Ford‘s color collection launched exclusively at Bergdorf Goodman this week, complete with an in store appearance by the man himself. The Ford faithful came out in droves to see the new collection and get their goodies signed. Naturally we were there to take in the excitement and sample the expansive selection.
